Tree Appeal Annual Awards Dinner 2007
The 2007 Tree Appeal Awards Dinner once again took place in the leafy surroundings of Whitworth Hall, County Durham.
The gala event, on a warm evening in May, saw guests from all corners of the UK come together to celebrate their contribution to the environment.
Those receiving awards included, amongst others, Printing.com who, having achieved their target of planting 10,000 trees, have just announced a new target of 25,000 for their second year as a Tree Appeal partner.
The awards were presented by Professor David Bellamy OBE, who is also a patron of Tree Appeal.
A highlight of the evening was a charity auction of Fair Trade arts and crafts from the And Albert Foundation.
