Andrew Snape Estate Agents were established in Bramhall in 1991 and quickly became the leading independent Estate agent and market leader in the area.Long hours and hard work were rewarded with national recognition. The Company was selected by ‘Homesale Network’ as the best Independent Agent in the area, giving access to a network of quality independent agents across the country and the important national relocation market.

Many initiatives followed such as 7 day opening and longer weekday hours until 7pm. This in turn led to a Residential Lettings and Management Department becoming established in 1993, a Cheadle Hulme office in 1999 and a Hazel Grove office more recently in 2010.

The 3 Directors, Andrew Snape, Daniel Moore and Richard Pickford bring some 70 years of estate agency experience. The client also benefits from quality experienced staff who have a wealth of local estate agency knowledge.
