Tree Appeal Partner - Brecks of York
Brecks of York, founded in 1962, is a leading dealership of Saab motor cars. In 2006 they launched their Chevrolet dealership and made a commitment to environmental awareness. Becoming a Tree Appeal Partner enables Brecks to make an ongoing long-term contribution to the environment.
As a special launch offer, Brecks will plant 5 trees every time someone takes a test drive in one of their Saabs or Chevrolets. They will then plant a further 10 trees for every car they sell.
This marks the start of Brecks' Tree Appeal Partnership which will see the company plant more than 1000 trees every year.
Some of the first 1500 trees were planted by York school children at Askham Bryan College.
