Planting day at West Nab Shooting Lodge with Oyster

West Nab Shooting Lodge near Holmfirth hosted a team from Oyster – leading provider of managed print, document and IT services throughout the UK – to help plant broad leaf trees. Together with represenatives from IMA, the Oyster team planted 415 saplings to create wildlife habitats and encourage biodiversity.

The trees were all native British species, grown in the UK and included Aspen, Bird Cherry, Dogwood, Downy Birch, Holly and Oak. These new saplings will provide a perfect habitat for wildlife, promoting biodiversity and preserving the natural environment. The Oyster volunteers gained hands-on experience of how trees are planted and learned how important trees are to the world in which we live.

Oyster has teamed up with IMA as part of their environmental sustainability programme and with Tree Appeal, planting native broadleaf trees across the UK.
