The vast majority of TREE APPEAL trees will be planted in low-profile surroundings. With the assistance of a number of environmental organisations we are able to secure tree planting locations for our saplings on their reserves and their land management projects. These broad-leaved trees will be found homes where they are most needed; supplementing hedgerows, woodlands and nature reserves; alongside our highways, rivers and farmland.
However, every year we will make sure that some of the plantings are special occasions. These events will give everyone the opportunity to get their hands dirty! Companies that have earned trees can send representatives along to one of the official plantings where, with the help of an expert such as Professor Bellamy, they can join in.
