165 staff working over 3 shifts and 5.5 days a week ensures good supply. The fire & safety and the environmental & spill containment markets are also a core speciality with significant investment in pioneering design, tools and machinery resulting in superior products at affordable prices. Jonesco is a market leader in these markets.

The company has a worldwide reputation for consistent high quality, durability, rapid service, loyal distribution network and is ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001 approved. New and custom moulded products are added to the range continually by the in-house design team and mould makers. They are constantly evolving to meet the specialised demands of their ever-growing number of customers with an emphasis on design and value for money.

In the mid-1970s the company began to manufacture plastic mudguards to complement those made from steel. Whilst continuing to manufacture mudguards from steel, the plastic mudguard has rapidly gained prominence in most markets and the production of the former was finally discontinued in August 2014.

The Company has grown continually and in December 1989 moved to a purpose-built 4-acre (16,200m2) site with space for further development and production. In 1998 an extension to the building allowed for several new machines to provide large capacity production of tool boxes and fire boxes.

Jonesco plastic products are leading brand names with a high reputation and market share. They are widely fitted as original equipment and first installation. High quality, durability, competitiveness, service, high supply performance and support of a loyal distribution chain have gained this position.

In 2005 Jonesco began to explore a third new market. New Environmental Protection regulations in the UK meant it was an ideal time to enter the industry. Research and Development then began on products such as Spill Pallets, Workfloors, Drum Trolleys, IBC Bunds and many more. As the demand for such products became greater, more room was needed, and in the winter of 2006 the Company added another extension allowing extra machinery, assembly and storage for these large sized products.

Growth in sales, markets and product ranges continued and in Spring 2013 they added a purpose built 2500 pallet space distribution warehouse built on a 3.7 acres (15.000m2) site close to the factory giving vital room for production optimisation and greater stocks to supply a market where rapid availability is essential.
