We operate an Environmental Management System which enables us to achieve and demonstrate our environmental performance by minimising the negative impact of our operations, whilst maximising the potential for environmental improvement. Our aim is to be at the forefront of the industry in reducing the impact of all our activities on the environment.
Our Bexhill to Hastings Link Road project was a catalyst for sustainable development in a highly deprived area of the South East, providing future employment opportunities. This site was home to many species of flora and fauna, enjoyed by the community. The design enhances this diverse habitat with improved access for equestrians, walkers, cyclists and the disabled, and the team were recognised by being Highly Commended in the Institution of Civil Engineers South East Awards.
